My client, a digital innovation startup is looking to grow their team from scratch in North America and is looking to add a skilled digital recruiter to their team to run their talent acquisition.
How can you be part of our success?
- Formulating company’s talent strategy within the context of overall organizational strategy
- Directing development of comprehensive attraction, recruiting and retention plans to meet short-term and long-term human capital needs
- Crafting and updating job descriptions as per the latest industry standards, and evolving job expectations
- Working with staffing agencies and tech vendors to screen candidates, coordinate interviews, contact applicants, coordinate hiring events, and organize logistics
- Counseling executive management team on talent-related issues
- Establishing and implements people management strategy, including initiatives that effectively communicate our strategic vision and corporate culture to all employees
- Defining and driving learning & development strategy and oversees delivery of training programs
What are we looking for?
- Relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a successful track record working with digital talent
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment; experience working in an entrepreneurial environment or startup is a plus
- Understand of modern talent management approaches and how to improve the overall candidate and employee experience
- Excellent organization skills with a process-driven mindset
- Sound problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply
- Utilizes team collaboration to create innovative solutions efficiently
- A desire to be a strategic asset to the company and improving employee experience and engagement
