Director of Strategic Partnerships

Our client a leading InsurTech startup is looking for a Director of Strategic Partnerships to execute a partnership strategy and drive efforts to expand customer acquisition with targeted marketplaces to make BD partnerships more than 50% of new customer acquisition at the firm. You will be joining a growing team in their NYC office in the SoHo reporting directly into the Head of Partnerships working closely with the CEO and founder.

• 6-8+ years of experience in a partner-facing, marketing, or strategy role in financial services, consulting, or at a relevant company in partner management or business development
• Experience in building partnerships with tech products and API integration’s is an absolute must!
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• Series A/B start-up experience is highly preferred
• Acute ability to identify, inspire and execute partnership agreements
• Proven track record in executing customer acquisition programs
• Previous experience developing agency-specific content, communications and incentive programs for new partners
• Tenacious personality, driven to succeed
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships
