Head of Talent Acquisition

My client a global IT consultancy is looking to build out their North American HR team. This key hire would be the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the TA function in North America for both recruitment and contracting
• Develop and implement effective marketing activities and initiatives for the function in North America
• Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute at hiring events
• Experience of managing large programs/complex operations
• Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor data
• Manage key relationships with HR colleagues, business unit professionals, vendors and candidates
• Build organization brand and position as employer of choice
