My client a global IT consultancy is looking to build out their North American HR team. This key hire would be the Head of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the TA function in North America for both recruitment and contracting
- Develop and implement effective marketing activities and initiatives for the function in North America
- Plan, organize, promote, attend and actively contribute at hiring events
- Experience of managing large programs/complex operations
- Gather and analyze market intelligence and competitor data
- Manage key relationships with HR colleagues, business unit professionals, vendors and candidates
- Build organization brand and position as employer of choice
