Strategic Partnerships Manager

Our client a leading InsurTech start-up is looking for an Insurance Agency Partnerships Manager to execute a partnership strategy and drive efforts to expand their relationships across insurance brokers, MGA’s, agency aggregators to maximize revenue from agencies expanding the firm’s portfolio over time. You will be joining a growing team in their NYC office in the East Village reporting directly into the Head of Partnerships and working closely with the CEO.

What our client is looking for.

• 5-8 years in Partnerships Management role offering a combination of consulting, banking, business development, or insurance industry experience
• Acute ability to identify, inspire and execute partnership agreements
• Proven track record in executing customer acquisition programs
• Previous experience developing agency-specific content, communications and incentive programs for new partners
• Tenacious personality, driven to succeed
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships
