My client a Series-B startup is in the process of expanding their operations to the US and is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager based in the US as they continue to grow.
This responsibilities of this role include:
- Driving recruitment process from job briefing, through candidate attraction, structured interview and assessment and the hiring process
- Championing employer branding efforts and strategies to enhance sustainable attraction of world class talent
- Build a strong, credible relationship with regional stakeholders; operating as trusted advisor and subject matter expert
- Build talent communities and talent pipelines for critical skill areas and diversity sourcing efforts, that yield into hiring outcomes for the business
- Keep abreast of external trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Ideal experience includes:
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition ideally with an agency background
- Ability and willingness to adjust to the hiring needs of the business across functions
- A successful track-record of talent acquisition at a rapidly scaling technology company
- Deep expertise in recruiting platforms/tools, and employer brand best practices
- Strong interpersonal savvy and self-awareness with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong bias towards quality of hire as a key performance metric
