Account Director

This role is with our client, a machine learning and analytics platform in the fraud and risk industry. They are based in Atlanta.

The Account Management team is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate wide resources to provide comprehensive services, products and solutions to an account.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager has ultimate responsibility for all elements of the account including:

* Maintaining a positive client relationship

* Develop bi-lateral senior level relationships

* Ownership of the contractual relationship

* Work alongside sales to deliver additional value for the client and the business

* Ensure the delivery team is aligned to the vision of the commercial team and delivery is seamless
