A global SaaS Fintech payments firm is focused on growing headcount across their Account Management team in North America. This British-based firm has been expanding their US presence over the past few years and are now looking for an Account Manager for North America to be based in NYC reporting to their Head of Account Management.
Job Description:
- Strategic account management planning and executing growth opportunities for enterprise partnerships in the region
- Maintain high level relationships with key executives across your vertical; Tier1-Tier3 banking institutions or technology partners
- Data driven approach, ensure all partners have a clearly defined growth strategy to gain higher value from integration
- Be a strong communicator and collaborator within the wider team, liaising with sales, product, legal, compliance and risk
- Assess problems with partners and ensure a solution orientated approach to the partnership
- Manage multiple stakeholders both internally and external, with the ability to influence key decision makers
Who are we looking for?
- An entrepreneurial, driven individual who has a passion for global payments and FinTech product sales at enterprise level
- You are a natural at building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders across various functions of the business
- You are data driven, and have experience with technical API solutions
- 2+ years experience in managing B2B Enterprise accounts from software, financial services, or Fintech – proven track record of increasing revenue from key accounts
- Ability to generate higher value from key partners using a customer focused approach
- Humble attitude
