Our client who are innovative leaders in the IoT space managing challenges of mobility and data security across the enterprise sector are looking to grow their sales & customer success team. The firm specializes in enhanced security to enable digital transformation for many of the world’s leading enterprises. With operations across the globe, they have strategic distribution and technology partnerships across the telecommunication industry.

The firm are seeking 2 talented and energetic individuals to join their organization in either Dallas or Atlanta (remote working) as a Customer Success Manager to drive the growth of their enterprise customers in the US.

What you will be doing:

  • Join as the first person on the US Customer Success Team, with accountability for managing a set of key enterprise accounts
  • Serve as the customer’s trusted partner and ensuring best practices are applied
  • Ensuring successful and quick onboarding for our customers during which time you will be expected to drive product adoption
  • Regularly deliver and communicate return on investment for our customers to extend customer’s lifetime value

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer success, account management or sales role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
  • Passion for technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and effective communicator with experience interacting with all levels of client organizations (from C-Suite to SME)
  • Self-motivated, pro-active team player with an ability to work cross-functionally
  • B2B SaaS experience is beneficial to this role
