Customer Success Manager – Remote

You will be working with Enterprise accounts, become a key player for large scale international marketing campaigns and also to sit in the front row for big data conversations and cutting edge innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Forge key strategic relationships in order to retain and grow clients
• Be a trusted advisor to your clients and to your colleagues
• Engage with clients on a day-today basis via web calls to surprise & delight
• Prepare & lead high-level face-to-face meetings between the client and Executives
• Contributing to the development of new business opportunities, based on customer feedback

• Strong decision making skills and the ability to take the lead
• Confident presenting and marketing new services
