Technical Support Consultant
Our client is a UK based global cloud-IT data management firm with customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Australasia.
The firm’s product offering is an intellectual data management & protection platform for managed service providers. Their aim is to provide a secure space for their client’s data from one single platform.
Our client is growing their Tech Support team in the US and they are looking for a Technical Support Consultant based in Tampa, FL (hybrid role)
About the role:
- Assist customers in having a full understanding of the platform
- Address customer’s concerns by diagnosing and resolving issues via phone, email and remotely
- Manage US customer support ticket queue via Zendesk
What you bring:
- 2 years’ experience working in a client facing support role, preferably in a SaaS company
- STRONG technical background, preferably in data management/cloud
- Able to work independently as well as with remote teams
- Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
