Solution Architect (Pre-Sales)
Remote- East Coast
- Build and display demos to prospective customers, teach customers how to utilise technology
- Work closely with Customer Success Engineers with on boarding to ensure great customer experience
- Educate customers on chaos engineering and run experiments
- Partner with sales team to drive technical wins and adoption
- Work with cross functional teams including product on customer feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a customer interfacing role
- Hands on expertise with one or more public cloud providers like AWS, Azure and/or GCP
- Strong Linux knowledge and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of modern DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Consul etc.)
