Partner Enablement Manager

New York Permanent / Permanent $100000.00 - $120000.00 annually + OTE & Benefits

Our client is a well funded and rapidly growing UK SaaS platform that is leading the way in the app/mobile commerce space. Having made some key hires at C Level and secured some significant funding, they are about to embark on a period of growth in the US.

As part of this, they are looking to bring on a Partner Enablement manager reporting to the Head of Professional Services working cross-functionally with commercial teams, partners, and SI’s globally. This is a business-critical role as you will be a partner champion and instrumental in the onboarding of partners and SIs ensuring the firm is continually improving its product offering and go-to-market strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will drive the Partner Enablement function, joining the function in it’s early days, where you’ll have
  • the opportunity to steer the firm’s cooperation with partners globally
  • You will be the first touchpoint for Partners delivering applications, educating, training,
  • onboarding and supporting them in their delivery
  • You will be technically savvy, and lead Partners to best practices in the use of the platform
  • Responsible for mapping customer and partner needs to existing or required architecture and
  • features
  • Extensive stakeholder management both internally and, with clients and on the partner side
  • Be the voice of the Partners to their Product Management team
  • Create technical documentation, templates, and processes to accelerate the work for partners
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to support pre-sales initiatives that involve partners

What you’ll have

  • At least 4+ years in partner enablement roles or solution architecture roles
  • Hands-on experience in technical architecture definition, and working knowledge of varied
  • front-end, middleware, API, and backend technologies and frameworks
  • Experience in project management and delivering software projects using agile frameworks like Scrum
  • Technical problem-solving skills
  • Technical writing, with a focus on developer and user documentation
  • Confidence to present solutions and influence/engage key senior-level stakeholders, exceptional
  • East coast based (or Chicago) – REMOTE working
