Account Executive

New York Permanent Negotiable

An exciting full-time opportunity for an Account Executive to join an innovative SaaS start-up in the influencer marketing space. 🔥

The role is within the US sales team and involves progressing deals from meeting booked (by SDR) through close. The role is consultative and involves speaking to global clients about their challenges across many verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running client Discovery meetings set up by SDR
  • Progressing pipeline from Discovery through to Proposal, Contracts and Close
  • Using value selling techniques to extract relevant information from clients and build a relevant Influencer Marketing / Employee Advocacy
  • Owning targeted sales campaigns and supporting team members in targeting prospective clients
  • Liaising with marketing team on campaigns and content strategy, providing feedback and ideas based on pipeline and client conversations
  • Writing client proposals and managing the sales cycle with full responsibility over contracts, procurement, stakeholders etc. (supported by Sales Director)
  • Target based upon ARR deals with monthly target
  • Provide weekly forecast and reporting into VP of Sales.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of sales or related SDR experience in similar field ******
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
  • Willingness to take ownership and execute
  • Ambition and Drive – a self-starter who takes initiative and is extremely target driven (must be able to demonstrate this)
  • Motivated by the opportunity to exceed target and earn uncapped commission

Skills/Qualifications Preferred but not essential

  • Fluent in another European language
  • Experience in social media and/or SaaS
  • An interest in how social media data can inform marketing strategies
  • An interest in influencer marketing in a thought-leadership / B2B context
