Account Executive – FinTech

New York Permanent / Permanent $100000 - $115000 annually + double OTE & Benefits

A global payments Fintech firm whose innovative technology solutions are disrupting the market. The organization has been in rapid growth mode since inception and continues to grow from strength to strength in EMEA and North America. We are seeking an Account Executive to join their growing sales team in NYC at an exciting new stage of their growth. The firm have raised $80M in funding after going through their series E last year.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that revenue targets are met and over-achieved
  • Individually prospect to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop expert knowledge of the payments and Fintech landscape
  • Research and understand the market including competitor analysis
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability

About You

  • SaaS sales experience 3+ years
  • Experience in Fintech
  • Experience achieving revenue targets most likely as an Account Exec, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Senior Sales, Enterprise Sales or similar
  • Ability to sell to multiple stakeholders during a complex sales cycle 6-9 months
  • A passion for problem-solving and constantly improving sales knowledge
  • Happy to work independently at times as well as within a highly collaborative team environment
  • You own your business
  • You are excited by the opportunity to join an ambitious team
