The Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales quota and partner recruitment objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations
- Meets assigned quota targets and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives & financial targets
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Sells through partner organisations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
- Proactively recruits new partners and oversees the on-boarding process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 – 7 years of driving channels sales ideally within same industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
- Must be able to travel
