Sales Development Representative

A leading Tech SaaS start-up going through hyper-growth after raising over of $30M are growing their Sales team in North America. They have an immediate need to hire in 3 Sales Development Representatives! You will be supporting several AE’s, they are counting on you being a true hunter, money motivated and a drive to succeed. This team will be driving the firms rapid growth in the North America region. Your team will be selling one of the most innovative and disruptive SaaS tools in the HCM space!

• At least 6 months experience in a SDR role
• Software or SaaS experience is a MUST
• HCM sales experience highly desirable
• Highly motivated, ambitious and competitive wants to become an AE in 6 months
• Resilient, tenacious and driven
• Experience in forecasting sales performance
• Demonstrable success within a target driven new business environment
• Exposure to a fast-paced environment
• Start date: Immediate
