Sales Director

Our client is seeking a Business Development leader who can direct their B2B initiatives. You’ll identify and create new qualified sales opportunities, act as a trusted advisor to clients and establish strong and long-lasting relationships with decision makers within organizations. You’re a people-person and analytically minded, and definitely a problem-solver. You’ve got excellent interpersonal skills and can develop sales opportunities via various prospecting techniques to generate customer interest and close deals, but can also analyze market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials.

What you’ll do

* Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve ambitious growth

* Research and prospect for new clients within the market

* Build relationships with key decision makers within client organizations

* Define the market and prospect needs and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators

* Network with key players, attend industry events and monitor industry publications and research

* Pitch and present platform, develop strategies to win new clients and negotiate and close deals

* Work with client to understand their business needs and objectives, guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction

About you

* 5-7 years of experience working in sales/business development and can boast a proven track record and a demonstrated ability to run a full Sales Cycle

* Experience working with corporate clients for a tech recruiting company would be a bonus

* Experience pitching for new business and possess solid negotiating skills

* You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or shoot off emails, and can deliver top-rate presentations both online or in a boardroom
