A global SaaS Fintech payments firm is focused on growing headcount across their Business Development team in North America. This British-based firm has been expanding their US presence over the past few years and are now looking for a Senior Business Development/Sales Director for North America to be based in NYC reporting to their Head of Banking Partnerships.
Job Description:
- Strategic planning and building of pipelines for new enterprise partnerships and growth in the region.
- Maintain high level relationships with key executives across your vertical; Tier1-Tier3 banking institutions.
- Drive your own sales approaches to execute on closing $MM enterprise contract deals.
- Be a strong communicator and collaborator within the wider team, liaising with product, legal, compliance and risk.
- Bringing new ideas to the messaging, pitches, GTM strategy, pricing and overall growth plans to help execute on an exceptional customer experience for your vertical.
Who are we looking for?
- An entrepreneurial, driven individual who has a passion for global payments and FinTech product sales at enterprise level.
- You are a strategic thinker, and have had a successful career to date in closing B2B enterprise deals within the payments, banking or SaaS industry.
- You are data driven, have experience selling technical API solutions and are customer focused.
- 7+ years experience in software sales or business development, ideally offering experience selling to the banking vertical.
- Humble attitude.
