A series B funded European software startup founded in 2018 is growing its presence in Toronto, Canada! The firm has expanded globally across 5 offices and currently, today has over 140 employees. The company has seen major growth and demand to continue its mission of streamlining the delivery process for restaurants. To support their expansion we are looking for a Technical Account Manager in Toronto.
The role responsibilities:
- Working with enterprise customers and resellers
- Responsible for escalating bugs through the appropriate internal channels
- Handle complex implementation processes and adhering to KPIs
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team
- Solution orientated following best practices to be carried out both internally and externally
- Support efforts to constantly develop and improve processes when working with partners

What we are looking for:
- University degree and relevant professional experience at a B2B software ideally across; hospitality, martech, or e-commerce
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Self-starter
- Ability to understand technically complex issues
- CRM systems experience (e.g. Jira, hubspot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication in English, a nice to have if you speak Spanish or French too!
- Some nice to have Tech skills – REST API’s, webhooks, and tokens
