As the Vice President of Sales, you will execute strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote growth and customer satisfaction. You will provide oversight of channel and direct inside sales groups and all supporting sales functions including pre­sales and sales enablement.

This is a perfect opportunity for a senior level executive with demonstrated experience leading sales for a rapidly growing SaaS.

Responsibilities

    • Oversight of global inside sales & solution consulting (pre­sales) teams in London and Atlanta
    • Accountable for developing and implementing a channel partner strategy
    • Establish scalable business practices to support a rapidly growing customer base
    • Actively engage as a member of the Executive Leadership Team setting company strategy and delivering cross-functional performance
    • Partnering with the VP of Marketing to grow pipeline and increase productivity of sales and marketing organizations
    • Craft compensation plans to motivate team members and reward over performing reps
    • Build, develop and manage sales team
    • Accountable for individual strategic sales, profitable sales growth and meeting targeted monthly and annual production goals

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
    • Successful track record of building and growing sales and profitability in SaaS business
    • Proven experience managing and motivating a team while still being focused on direct selling
    • Exemplary interpersonal skills and internal stakeholder management
    • Lead by example, mentor and coach coworkers and develop existing sales staff
    • Drive, motivation, passion and an exceptional personal work ethic; ability to uphold the highest possible ethical and professional standards
