VP Sales

How can you be part of our success?

As VP Sales, you will drive and scale up the sales strategy by:

● Defining the sales strategy, including pipeline management and customer integrations

● Driving business growth with new and existing accounts by setting a strategic sales road map for target markets

● Mentoring and coaching the sales team on skills (e.g., sales pitches) and providing behavioral development (e.g., leadership)

● Designing and owning recruiting and onboarding for our growing sales team

● Helping to set company-wide strategies by establishing sales metrics and performance measurements

● Driving revenue growth and customer value to meet and exceed sale targets

● Co-creating the brand and marketing strategy

What does this mean in practice?

From day 1, you’ll be able to contribute and grow in your role:

● Within 30 days, you will be a key member of the management team, developing your understanding of the strategic business goals while contributing to building the pipeline and providing expertise on the sales strategy.

● Within 90 days, you will own our company’s sales strategy, improve our playbook, start recruiting sales employees, be the primary sales closer, and shape the long-term plan to scale up.

● Within 360 days, you will drive our sales vision and implementation, empowering a high-performing team in close collaboration with the rest of the business.

What are we looking for?

For VP Sales, we are looking for a hands-on individual who can develop and close deals and build a scalable sales strategy and team to support the success of the business. You should have the following qualifications and traits:

● 3+ years of experience managing sales and leading a large high-performance SAAS software sales team

● A successful track record building sales teams at fast-growing companies

● The ability to take a strategic, data-oriented, and analytical approach to sales, including transparent and accurate forecasting

● Experience working in teams (cross-functionally and as a leader) to win complex deals

● An energetic and passionate personality that inspires teammates to reach their full potential, is open to trying new solutions and loves to learn

● A desire to work in an early-stage sales environment and lay the foundations of the company’s sales strategies and processes

● A mindset embracing a culture of trust, free thought, transparency, and is results-focused
