Vice President, Strategic Sales
This is a remote U.S based role.
As the Vice President of Strategic Sales, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing growth through large strategic customer acquisition and growth.
In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing Strategic Account Executives, helping them to develop their skills and deliver on their ambitious targets, as well as working directly with prospective customers to drive successful, strategic revenue acquisition and expansion.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience scaling and managing a technology sales team, possess first-class analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Scale the company, growing to $100M+ in ARR
- Be the voice of the Strategic market and influence / collaborate on product, pricing, and messaging
- Hire and retain top tier talent while providing leadership, coaching, and
mentoring to inspire an ambitious sales culture which can aggressively achieve and surpass revenue
- Experienced Senior Revenue leader who has hired and grown teams
- Successfully closed involved enterprise deals ($1M+ARR) on 6+ month cycles
- Genuine, humble, and a value driven leader and team player
- Analytical and data driven with modern insights on various sales programs, technologies and philosophies
You must have:
- 8+ years of combined technology sales
- 2+ years of managing large enterprise sellers
- Experience selling to marketing executives (AdTech, MarTech, Print, Email, Etc)
- Prior success within high-growth (VC, Startup, Pre-IPO) stage cultures
