Big Data Solutions Architect

Our leading Unicorn client is offering a career changing opportunity for a highly skilled Solution Architect, who is dedicated and knowledgeable in building big data solutions.

The role gives passionate Solution Architects with big data backgrounds the chance to work on complex distributed processing systems, and solve challenging Data Science problems, whilst working with some of the most intelligent Data experts in country.

If you’re passionate about big data and have a great understanding of Technical architecture, please read the required skills below

• Extensive knowledge of the big data ecosystem
• Background in building reference architectures, frameworks and solutions
• Technical leadership experience in pre-sales
• Hands on experience in Design & implementations of Hadoop, Kafka, NoSql
• Understanding of Data Architecture patterns, Data warehouse, Data lakes or streaming
• Coding ability in one of the following – Scala, Spark, Java or Python
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Passionate individual who is confident in picking up new technologies
• BS/MS in Computer Science or similar
