Director of Solution Architecture – East Coast

Our client is an established startup who are looking to surpass $1.5B in their IPO in 2020.

They are looking for a Director of Solutions Architecture to head up a team of several SAs within the East region (NY, Boston, Chicago, Washington D.C.) and increase the growth of key customer accounts.

Requirements:

• Ensure targets are met in strategic accounts via growth and adoption
• Act as a player/coach to SAs and advise them on correct solutions
• Responsible for hiring and managing SA’s
• Plan, develop, and execute programs in accordance to growth targets
• Act as the PM for strategic customers

Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing SA’s, delivery teams or as a managing consultant
• Technical expertise and past experience in a customer facing SA/SE role
• Extremely analytical and can demonstrate high-level problem solving
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Thorough understanding of Big Data analytics
• Non-phased at the speed of a dynamic startup environment
• 25-30% travel

Candidates can be positioned on the East Coast or Chicago as the role is remote based.
