Senior Data Analyst

You will have the opportunity to work on one of the most progressive products globally in designing data capture. With thousands of surgical robotics systems being used by over 20,000 surgeons, there is a great opportunity for the right Data Analyst to contribute to the advancements being made within technology. As part of their continuous development, the digital & analytics practice is growing at a rapid rate and requires a highly skilled Analyst to maintain this effort. • Partner with business unit stakeholders to define metrics, visualizations
• 2. Own, coordinate, and solve complex, cross-functional data quality problems
• 3. Develop SQL queries working with functional/systems analysts
• 4. Develop visualization prototypes for complex dashboards, review with all stakeholders
• 5. Design, build, own, test and deploy interactive dashboards, alerts
• 6. Provide specs and lead data engineers and ETL developers to align data model with analytic needs
• 7. Perform Data analysis to provide insights into business process challenges and opportunities
• 8. Integrate dashboards into BU portals

• Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with data, analytics projects
• 3+ years of hands-on SQL for data analysis and Tableau
• 2+ years of working directly with business users to define and develop metrics/KPI. Resolve data quality issues using SAP/ERP data as well as event log data.
• 2+ years working with ETL and DevOps teams in production environment
• Independent, organized, flexible and proactive in responding to changes in business needs
• Experience preparing data for data mining
• Basic scripting skills (python, etc.,) to research semi-structured data. ( Great to have )
