Security Product Manager

Manager, Product Security – AWS, Cloud Security, Application Security, Jenkins, DevSecOps, Python

Salt has partnered with a global Cybersecurity solution provider based in the US who is looking to hire a Manager of Product Security to oversee their DevSecOps transformation. This role will be based within their newly created business unit which benefits from the support of their main organization’s customers & technologies

In this role you can expect to:

• Work with the CISO to build a clear roadmap for their Security Product offering
• Develop and execute product security technology, tools, automation, techniques, policies, standards and governance
• Oversee the transformations from a DevOps environment to a true DevSecOps offering
• Scale the global Product offering & build a team that can help do this

The ideal candidate will have a background similar to:

• 8 years + experience of scaling Product Security teams
• Technical background in Application, Cloud & Infrastructure technologies ( this is not a hands on technical role)
• Experience in a Product based organization, preferably within a high growth start up
• Strong Educational Background

This is a key role for the business they are looking to make an immediate hire, for the right person they can put together an attractive package of base salaries, 15% bonus, equity & generous PTO.
