We require a passionate leader who actively seeks to improve, assist and innovate software engineering teams. You will be solving some of the most challenging problems in advance analytics and cloud transformations. They pride themselves in hiring the best in the industry to disrupt and improve companies in need of modernizing practices in the evolving digital economy.

As an Agile transformation leader you will collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure each team reaches their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.

• 8 years Agile experience, 4 years within a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of delivering business critical projects
• In-depth experience in mentoring teams in best Agile concepts, principles and practices such as Scrum, XP, Kanban and LEAN
• Clear communicator who is not afraid to remove obstacles to drive productivity
• Strong leader who facilitates teamwork and continuous improvement
• Highly effective relationship management skills, with the ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
• Be a mentor. Keen sense of developing, building and coaching Agile among peers
