Build & Test Engineer

Build & Test Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Creating automated GUI tests
• Application testing
• Maintaining our build system
• Coordinating with our organization’s package builders
• Coordinating releases for our group

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Typically 2-4 years experience.
• Knowledge and Skills:
• Proficient with Linux
• Experience testing applications
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with creating RPMs is preferred
• Experience with automated GUI testing software is a plus
• Experience visualizing data for HPC applications is a plus
• Experience with running applications on large-scale systems is a plus
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills for internal and external interactions and presentations, with effective organizational skills and attention to details
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a cooperative development environment, both within and across teams
