Java Developer

Salt is searching for Senior Application Engineer, for a contract engagement located in New York City, New York.

My client is a large financial client, that requires a qualified individual in Java JEE based systems.

Job Requirements:

• Must have at least 7 + years of experience in design, implementation, and audit / review of systems applications.
• Must be comfortable with a F2F client interview.
• Extensive Java, JEE n-tier application experience.
• Knowledge and experience with, WAS, AngularJS 1.x and AngularJS5.0, JavaScript, Java, JPA (Open JPA), Spring Hibernate, CSS, AJAX, JSON.
• Good experience in recognizing and reusing Design Patterns -GOF, J2EE design patterns, Architectural patterns, SOA Design Patterns.
• Designed Application in Object Oriented Programming Methodology [OOP] using Component Methodology (Top Down).
• Proven JSON parsing experience using SpingBoot
• Knowledge of Node.js, npm, grunt, gulp, webpack, etc. and how to use them to optimize a build process.
• Hands on Testing a React app with Jasmine npm

Skills/Experience:

• 7+ years of experience with Java JEE based systems development
• Extensive front-end development and full stack experience.
