Lead Full Stack Developer

We are looking for Snr / Lead Full Stack Engineers to join a fully funded start-up who have just launched their first machine learning product set to revolutionize the hospitality industry.

Their new technology solution focuses on delivering accurate data to determine customer footfall and interest weeks in advance. This easy-to-use tool will allow owners/managers to mitigate risk and uncertainty, whilst increasing customer consistency, through their ability to make informed, planned decisions to maximize resources and ultimately increase profitability!

The Role 💻:

• You will provide technical leadership and mentorship within an agile team, whilst helping steer the direction of the product.
• Work on new platform features, existing technical issues, writing clean readable code.
• Review code and implement best practices within a lean environment
• Take technical ownership over new features and drive implementation and delivery.
• Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, end users and advisory groups.

Experience and Requirements 🌟:

• 5+ years experience within Software Engineering
• Strong technical leadership skills, working across cross-functional teams
• Solid Full stack experience, working within the following languages and frameworks; Ruby, Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, React and Typescript
• Strong working knowledge of AWS and container orchestration platforms/tools such as Docker, Kubernetes etc.
• Strong communication skills, liaising with leadership, stakeholders etc.
• Remote with the possibility of occasional travel
