• Extensive knowledge of the engineering ecosystem
• Background in coaching individuals and teams work on complex ideas
• Technical leadership mentoring engineers
• Extensive Agile experience
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Passionate individual who is confident in teaching Agile methodology
• BS/MS in Computer Science or similar
