Salt Recruitment is excited to be working with a global organisation that requires a team of C/C++ Programmers for a new greenfield project due to start in November.

Requirements

  • Ideally 4+ years of C and C++ programming
  • Experience using software system design tools
  • Modern Fortran is highly advantageous (flexibility to learn on-site)
  • Experience – execution of test plans, debugging and testing scripts and tools
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for system software
  • Responsible for updates and programming changes for portions of operating systems, networking, compilers, databases, and tools
  • Analyse and design coding, programming, and integration’s required for specific objectives
  • Write portions of test plans, documentation, and protocols – identifying debug issues, suggesting improvements
  • Work as a valued team member along with other software engineers in developing cost-effective and high-quality solutions for systems and or subsystems
  • Exposure to working with new technologies to improve the speed, cost, and overall quality outcome of the project
