Staff Software Engineer

This company plays a central role in assuring cryptocurrencies are used for a clean purpose. Investigators, Exchanges, Institutions & Regulators all want the ability to see what’s happening on the blockchains and identify the bad actors from the lawful ones.

This is where they step-in. They provide cryptocurrency investigation and compliance software to leading institutions in their ecosystem, with the ultimate goal of building trust in blockchains.

They are looking for a Staff Engineer to join their team who will thrive on not just designing and implementing complex systems but also operating and scaling them in production. As well as being a mentor who grows the skills of their teammates and rejoices in the ripple effects across the company.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Previously designed and implemented cloud-native micro services based distributed systems.
• Experience building data pipelines and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Built and managed production applications using JVM stack and Postgres
• Built solutions for real world customer problems.
• Have a strong bias to ship.
• You enjoy the coaching aspect of tech leadership.
• JVM expertise. They mostly use Java but also appreciate other languages.
