Women in Salesforce event: Hosted by Salt

Salt is running a Women in Salesforce event series, to shine a spotlight on the specific challenges the technology sector faces with gender diversity in particular.

 Empowering our internal female workforce and providing gender diverse shortlists to our clients at every opportunity is at the heart of what Salt represents in the recruitment industry.

Introducing our facilitator: Justyna Barcicka Justyna is a Women in Tech ambassador and a mentor at Supermums. Justyna has navigated a very successful Salesforce career and is currently a Solutions Engineer with cloud banking tech company nCino Inc.

 We have carefully selected a specific group of female leaders within technology and  talent, to join us at our event.

Virtual Roundtable Event hosted on Tuesday 8th March: 12.00pm-1.15pm.

The discussion will be focusing on the following topics:

• Early careers and introducing women to careers in technology.

• Attracting/hiring more female talent within Salesforce/Technology.

• Promoting an inclusive culture & diverse workplace.

• Retaining female employees.

• Conscious & Unconscious Bias, Proximity Bias.
