My client is a well-known advertising agency who are now beginning to offer ongoing digital services for their clients. The operations manager is someone who is responsible for scheduling all jobs and moving them through the various stages of development.
Every day, the operations manager reviews each job within the organisation and utilises the agency’s chosen project management software to keep track of the job status. This role is very vast and dynamic and may need to expand in scope as the need arises.
This role exists, because as the team in CT expands, they require a deeper level of management within the CT team. They do not have the type of projects that start and end but are rather ongoing and the work and requirements of the team are very dynamic.
The operations manager will be accountable and responsible for :
* Financial responsibilities as they need to scope, raise cost estimations for clients and raise PO’s for suppliers.
* Media budget management and facilitation of spend tracking and payments.
* Financial analysis of services rendered against SOW’s.
* Estimating agency time and deliverables.
* Pricing agency services.
* Cohesive processes for all aspects of the business.
* Managing team resourcing, current and future planning.
* Understanding of the industry in relation to the products and services rendered
Minimum of 3 years experience required as an operations manager.
