Experience Designer

My client is looking for an Experience Designer, someone focused on the Customer Journey and being able to tell that story to stakeholders…..

Below is the outline of the requirements for the role:

UX person that can visually present their journeys as a story to Stakeholders to win buy in (Need logic and visualisation, story teller, show this story internally to sell ideas )

End to end customer experience.

Customer journey and flows, digitally and offline, once got buy in, need to design thinking process and then make a prototype

Research and Logic important

This role is very ideation upfront, important, we have execution people

No resource support from Design perspective in the team

• Must be skilled in basic UX concepts
• Must have experience building user journeys NB
• Must have experience taking on work completed by others & “finishing them off”
• Must have expert proficiency in design tools
• Must have experience building prototypes & concepts (low fidelity & high fidelity)
• Must have experience working as the only designer on a project
• Must be familiar with user testing and feedback management
• Design thinking theoretical qualification preferred, 80% of our work is based of DT principles, is a super important component
• Design thinking implementation experience preferred
• Product/Service design experience preferred
• Takes accountability & focuses on execution more than theoretical design
• Can take criticism and direction, but also self-critic and self-manage
• Can work within brand CI & understands when & where to push for creative freedom
• Gets on well with others

How do they fit into the team? Working closely with CX and Service teams
