Freelance Digital Media Strategist

South Africa Contract / 3 Months

Salt has partnered with one of South Africa’s most sought after Digital Agencies in search of a Digital Media Strategist for a 3-month contract. Only JHB based applicants will be considered. Looking for a Freelancing who is immediately available.

The purpose of the digital media strategist is to develop an in depth understanding of the client’s business and marketing goals and translating channel strategies into focused KPI objectives. It is also imperative that the digital media strategist drives key relationships within client’s businesses to drive digital media spend competencies.

NECESSARY SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

* Ability to plan with small to large Media budgets
* Managing and building strong client relationships
* Understanding creative agency process and partners to develop high performing campaigns
* Ability to work with agency brand strategists, creative and operational teams to ensure Digital Media lens is applied upfront – relationship health drives strength of integration
* Having a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and opportunities
* Accuracy
* In-depth knowledge on ALL digital media channels
