Head of UX Design

Looking for a Head of UX for my retail client, fashion and ecommerce at its finest. They think big, move fast and believe in taking ownership.

As the Head of User Experience you need to be, decisive, continuously learning & improving. You are a proactive and big thinker that thrives on collaborating to simplify processes and solve complexity that will benefit the customer and customer experience.

The role will start remotely but will require relocation to Cape Town in the long term.

Areas of Interest…

Service design / interaction design / Information architecture /

Prototyping / UI design / UX writing /

Information architecture / Research

You and your team will give support to…

Engineering, Product, Editorial, Marketing, Retail, Planning, Operations and Customer Support peers.

Experience…

Proven design leadership skills and a track record in experience design

Are you experienced defining design strategy across the company’s digital ecosystem

Set strategic design direction across the ecosystem and teams

* 3 – 4 years in experience design role

* 1 – 2 years in design leadership
