Site audit through Heuristic Evaluation
Experience
Worked as a UX designer for minimum 3 years
Preferably worked in an agency and on corporate projects around mobile and responsive website projects
Degree or qualification
Online portfolio
Financial, healthcare, innovative product / web / content management systems experience is a bonus
Day to day summary of role
Collaborate with clients or account manager to elicit core project and user requirements
Review GA and compile insights to inform UX Journeys
Persona Development, User Journeys, Wire framing, sitemaps / taxonomy design
Lo-fi wireframes / sketches using balsamiq, prototypes using Axure
Validate design decisions with appropriate UX methodology
Collating and presenting project work to clients and internal team
Reviewing developer work is in line with UI design and UX done upfront for a site
Input on Digital Strategy including Digital Audits, Heuristic Reviews, Competitor Analysis
User testing with real users, including recruitment, test script creation & recording of users tests with insights & post-test wireframes with recommendations
