Product Designer

What you need to do…

• Contribute to and lead various large-scale projects and builds, driving them from inception to production to completion. This includes websites and platforms, mobile applications, eCommerce experiences and more.
• Bring business strategy to creative execution to drive results.
• Working closely with our user research teams and other cross functional teams to uncover useful
• insights and deliver quality solutions.
• Handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with clients and internal project teams.
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions across a number of projects to key stakeholders / clients.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Design solutions that incorporate modern usability and interaction design practices, including both responsive and device-native strategies.
• Documenting processes across our design organisation ensuring effectiveness and efficiencies within the team.

Your capabilities and experience should include…

• 2+ years experience working in the industry.
• Confidence and talent when it comes to presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid experience in prototyping and interaction design
• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
