This is not a typical agency account manager / relationship manager role as they need someone who can not only engage and excite clients with confidence and a solution-centric approach, but also offer technical guidance with the day to day running of their accounts and give strategic input and insight to help move their e-commerce business forward.

Their offices are based in CAPE TOWN, so applicants based in the area will be prioritised.

In this role, you’ll be expected to establish relationships with new clients and build solid trust while providing technical / operational support and guidance relating to the day to day running of their accounts. This would involve cross-functional collaboration with clients and production team on strategy and planning. As such, strong communication skills are essential. It is a highly dynamic role, which calls for a versatile individual who is capable of multi-tasking efficiently.

Here is what you need to be considered for the role:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Client Success Manager/similar
  • E-commerce marketplace experience, preferably on Amazon, is highly advantageous
  • Ability to take initiative and engage in complex problem-solving
  • Experienced in building and fostering solid relationships
  • MUST have well developed communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail, analytics and a drive for perfection
  • Marketing or Project Management tertiary education would be advantageous
  • Passionate team-player, positive, optimistic, curious, and highly organised multi-tasker
