CRM & Email Marketing Manager

This client is a globally recognised industry leader and they are in need of an experienced individual to take their work to an even higher level by utilising your CRM skills while also gaining international exposure, as you will be working closely with their international offices in an effort to foster a singular voice across the entire business. In this role, you’ll be expected to map out a future CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the entire customer journey. You will also be expected to be able to easily read and interpret the data to extract useful information that can be utilised in campaigns. You must possess substantial knowledge of segmentation, campaign management, offer management, data mining and email marketing.

Their offices are based in CAPE TOWN, so applicants based in the area will be prioritised.

Here is what you need to be considered for the role:

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in customer experience strategies / CRM marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent would be highly advantageous
• Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred
