We are looking for a Self-starter and generator with the skill and discipline to work independently, and someone with a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
Digital Campaign Management – Managing supplier or client digital campaigns from briefing, planning execution, ensuring deployment and all reporting and invoicing to conclude the project ; Assist clients with strategies and/or tactics for website, social, mailer and paid digital marketing activities; Provide structural and creative feedback to brand teams, agencies and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Digital Account Management – Ensure campaigns/projects are on time and deliver against business objectives; – Work closely with agencies or suppliers and plan, execute and review their strategies, media schedules or budgets against client’s needs; – Answer day-to-day queries to assist with growth in digital understanding and investment across clients – Ensure accuracy across digital channels
Stakeholder Liaison – Liaise with internal departments as required, as well as liaise with external agencies and provide support in executing effective digital plans
Digital Research & Reporting – Prepare pre-campaign data, proof of execution and post-campaign reports to share with clients; Conduct digital audits and assist with overall lifts/ studies/ research; Monitor Local, International & Competitor Retailers digital media properties to ensure adherence to best practice principles; Grow and oversee the digital revenue opportunities, track and report all activity and ensure all brand, supplier and campaign objectives are being achieved
Experience and Qualifications
Relevant Degree or equivalent Digital Advertising, Marketing or Communication
3-4 years Social Media Experience
3-4 years Media Agency Experience
3-4 years Digital Marketing Experience
3-4 years Brand Marketing Experience
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Marketing Principles and Practices
Strong digital skills with a strong understanding of social, creative, programmatic, app and digital platforms and technical / production requirements
Platforms that are advantageous: Google Ads, DSP & SSP (agnostic), Tracking and verification tools, project management tools and data management systems
Excellent with automation of complex working pods & process and into agile streams
Insight & Foresight to strategy, revenue models and best practices for ROAS
Excellent analytical, graphical, verbal and written skills to bring digital to life for specialists and novice alike
Media & Marketing Industry Knowledge and ecosystems
A strong ability to keep schedules, prioritize tasks/briefs
