Our client a very large reputable brand based in Cape Town is looking for a Internal Digital Communications Manager. If you have 8-10 years’ experience in Retail or similar, then we are looking for you.
Responsibilities
Execute the internal communications strategy and all related practices and programmes.
Align the internal communication strategy for all digital communication channels.
Manage the optimisation and maintenance of all digital channels and platforms, including the Intranet and employee mobile application
Develop the internal communication calendar for all digital campaigns and activations and manage its implementation.
Will be managing a platform – driving activity of the platform, ensuring people are constantly directed to the site.
Qualifications/Experience:
Diploma or Degree
8+ years experience in a similar capacity or role with demonstrable experience delivering and executing communication strategies and plans for a large corporate organisation.
Experience in a retail environment – (desired).
Well-developed understanding of employee engagement strategies and translating these into meaningful experiences – (essential).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint Online – (essential).
Siyaringa platform is the focus. Project management would be a complimentary skill.
