We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with minimum 5 year’s experience and someone that has great Financial Services, Insurance or Startup experience and good experience with lead generation.
Responsibilities
Analyse and optimise both internal and external channels to drive target KPI’s based on Quality, Cost & Volume.
Have a strong understanding of the economics of the campaign – CPA’s, CPL’s, Budgeting, Conversion rates at various stages in the funnel etc. Looking for a data-driven approach.
Building and optimising conversion funnels using Click Funnels, Leads Hook and related platforms would be a bonus.
Understanding of additional channels such as Taboola, Adwords, YouTube & Outbrain is highly advantageous.
Qualifications/Experience:
Relevant qualifications/certifications.
Digital Marketing course advantage
Paid Social experience bonus if you have Paid Search as well
Proven experience and knowledge of lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms.
Specific experience in the financial services space would be an advantage
Platform certified preferred but not required.
Entrepreneurial minded with a strong desire to succeed and take initiative and think outside of the box
