Retail Marketing Portfolio Lead

OVERVIEW:

• To deliver against the marketing objectives by delivering the campaign objectives.
• To nurture the current base of clients by understanding their behaviour and using campaigns and tactics to deliver entrenched behaviour and additional product usage
• To create performance-driven campaigns to acquire new clients and launch new products in the market using the appropriate channels of communications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver across sales channels and understand product take-up and performance across channels
• Manage the direct marketing campaigns, including planning, creative & content, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, delivery and reporting of metrics.
• Work with the Marketing Manager to establish and understand what the business requirement is and collaborate to assist with developing the plan.
• Interface with other parts of the department to harness resources and input to develop the plan and actions required.
• Collaborate with the Coordinators to ensure the plan is delivered, execute post-campaign analysis and present to stakeholders and also for insights to speak to future plans and strategies.
• Manage the relevant portfolios and the stakeholder/s relevant to that channel; manage the business case and time lines.
• Create the campaign marketing plan in alignment with the Marketing Manager against the strategy.
• Conduct desktop research necessary to gather information to feed into the campaign.
• Understand and feedback competitive portfolio behaviour to Marketing – Competitive Market Behaviour

This role requires strong retail marketing experience with product marketing experience being beneficial. In this role you will also look after integrated marketing channels.
