They work closely with their clients to help them achieve a fully digital business by building digital platforms and create brand experiences that grow audiences, drive eCommerce and generate leads. Through our elaborate integrated marketing approach, they create digital marketing campaigns that reach the intended target audience, inspire action and deliver ROI.
They are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager who is primed and ready for the next level and is looking for a fresh and exciting environment to do so in. The duties and responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the below:
Being familiar with the nature of clients’ products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes or improvements to these
Establish and maintain productive communication between the Client and the Agency
Maintain a good relationship and close contact with the senior Client personnel
Assist in the delivery of services to the Client
Co-ordinate and manage all Agency services to the Client
Ensure a smooth and timeous workflow of activities directed to the Client
Provide recommendations and analysis/reporting to the Client
Ensure that Client accounts are correct and delivered on time
Collect signed quotes and Purchase orders
Ensure all Finance related documentation (Signed client CEs, PO’s and supplier invoices etc) is available for each job
Administer all day-to-day activities, at a more senior level
Delegate administrative responsibilities to Account Executives / Junior Account Managers (if applicable) and provide oversight on this
Ensure a smooth and timeous internal workflow
Work with other departments to ascertain timetables, pursue estimate approval and follow the project through actual production and final presentation
Ensure that the Agency’s actions are in line with agreements, procedures and budgets, and reflect a unified and agreed point of view
Take the initiative in completing tasks which will assist the team
Maintain and write work status reports
Write contact reports and forward these to the Client within 48 hours after every meeting
Monthly activity reports
Provide recon reports on projects (in collaboration with PM’s)
