One of my clients, a world’s preferred lead generation platform for the SME market and data provider for the Enterprise market is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Engage in demonstrations with mid-market decision makers. This will be across a number of verticals and locations.
· Maintain a positive relationship with the Customer Success and Data teams who play a key role in closing business.
· Be proactive in your approach to learning. This involves listening to fellow BDMs demonstrations on Gong.io and seeking help from the team when needed, being proactive as opposed to reactive.
· Manage your pipeline; ensuring admin is impeccable and that you are updating the activity in Salesforce.
· Be approachable and honest, ensuring a flat-hierarchy in the Sales Team.
· Be open to training and providing assistance to the SDR team.
· Maintain a positive mind-set irrespective of the situation.
· Close business.
Qualification and Experience:
· Extensive knowledge of the lead generation space and competitive landscape.
· Be a master in active listening.
· Professional in every aspect of your work.
· Extensive product knowledge, knowing the intricacies of the Prospector and Refresh technology.
· Over performer in current sales role.
