- Hunt, close and nurture affiliates (Building a reseller network)
- Hunt for own sales
- Close inbound leads following company process identify and act on the identified opportunities
- Understand client needs and requirements
- Manage the pipeline, close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Perform effective online demos to new leads
- Build positive and productive relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention
- Schedule regular calls and video conferences with clients to strengthen relationships
- Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
- Inform clients about company products, services and promotions
- Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately
- Ability to understand your sales statistics and performance with continuous improvement strategy
Requirements
- Experience selling SaaS
- B2B experience
- Strong phone presence and experience in making and receiving multiple calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team
