Customer Success and Special Projects Senior Manager

We are working with an exciting start up tech company based in Rosebank who are looking for a Customer Success and Special Projects Senior Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for leading client relationships and translating client feedback and requests into meaningful direction. About the role:

  • Lead the Customer Success and Support teams
  • Lead client engagements and accounts
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Meet with clients
  • Run and project manage priority strategic projects and initiatives

About you:

  • Technical understanding of Software / Cloud Services
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building and executive communications skills
  • Strong business writing skills essential, with the ability to create content independently with limited initial input
  • The ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong project management skills
